Job Description
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
To achieve monthly & yearly budget in terms of volume & revenue.
Collection as per company and sales policy.
Updated regular follow up with Mai Dubai bill collectors for pending payments.
Accurate invoicing as per company and sales policy.
Ensure correct pricing to customers based on contractual agreements or special approvals from the management.
FOC’s to be issued strictly in compliance with company and sales policy
Randomly check truck stock in the evening, physical truck stock must tally with the system stock, there must not be any difference in Volume or SKU wise.
Monitor and communicate with delivery drivers to maintain Pallet Log Sheet on daily basis, ensuring return of same quantity of pallets taken in the morning, without any discrepancy.
The position requires work to be done during public holidays and weekends as per operational and business continuity requirements with eligibility for overtime as per local employment law.
The job requires the employee to be in the market by 07:30AM or as directed by the Line Manager.
Customer creation with all relevant documentation as per company and sales policy
Responsible for proper usage of company assets like chillers, grocery pallets, and parasols, to be used as directed by LM
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Prepares reports as directed by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Provide feedback and after-sales support
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Provide records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other reports as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Training
High School or 5 years Experience Valid UAE Driver’s license.
Bachelors
Experience
2 years of work experience within the food and beverage industry
1+ year of experience in bottled water industry
Knowledge
The ability to present the Company’s full range of products and services.
English (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
Microsoft Excel
Hindi/Urdu/Arabic
