Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote fire fighting systems and increase brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets for fire fighting systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire fighting system industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop customized fire fighting system solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with customers online.
  • Coordinate and attend industry trade shows and events to showcase fire fighting systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide training and support to sales team on marketing initiatives and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fire fighting system industry.
  • Certifications or training in marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of the fire fighting system industry and its target market.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
