Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
  • Manage training budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Education.
  • Certification in training and development, such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
