Work Location: Dubai
Working Hours: 8 hours + 1 hour break
Working Day: 6 Days
Salary: 4500 AED
Language: Tamil & English
· Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
· Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns in order to provide appropriate solutions.
· Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
· Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and staying informed about company offerings.
· Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
· Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience.
· Continuously seeking feedback from customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
