Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the automotive industry
- Manage full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs
- Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices
- Availability to travel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
