Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and high-quality digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and graphics.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitors’ performance.
  • Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
  • Stay abreast of changes in social media platforms’ algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies and campaigns that align with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and distribution.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across various digital platforms.
  • Work closely with designers, videographers, and photographers to ensure visual assets are aligned with content.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all content.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create and promote content.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
