Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all camp personnel.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the camp operation, including accommodations, catering, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities and work assignments for camp staff.
- Maintain accurate records of camp inventory, equipment, and supplies.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among camp staff or residents.
- Communicate regularly with camp staff, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of work experience in camp management or related field.
- Certification in health and safety management is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
