Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all camp personnel.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the camp operation, including accommodations, catering, and facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities and work assignments for camp staff.
• Maintain accurate records of camp inventory, equipment, and supplies.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among camp staff or residents.
• Communicate regularly with camp staff, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of work experience in camp management or related field.
• Certification in health and safety management is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
