Agency Account Manager

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Responsible for activating new real estate agents and real estate companies in the designated country and to market AZIZI Developments properties and projects.

· Provide Project Training and presentations and marketing tools to potential agents and real estate companies on AZIZI Developments and the services carried out by the Agency Department.

· Maintain and build strong relationships with existing agents and real estate companies and ensure continued business relationship is maintained.

· Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the agents and real estate companies in the designated country.

· Organize sales events in the designated country.

· Carry out market research and provide insight on market conditions.

· Handle disputes or issues that are faced by agents and real estate companies and report to the team leader for escalation.

· Prepare monthly/weekly report on the performance and activity level of agents and real estate companies.

Report to Senior Manager on activities of agents and real estate companies’ performance and activity

Desired Candidate Profile

· UAE Experience and Experience in Designate country

· Sound knowledge on activities on real estate companies

· Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a team environment

· Excellent communication skills and good command of local language and English

· Ability to prepare and carry out presentations.

· Capable to manage multiple tasks and projects including managing external agents and real estate companies
