Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies to sell the assigned products by utilizing own technical knowledge, product information and specifications.
  • The ability of well presenting the product technically by using presentations and illustration tools during the customer visit and reporting the outcome to the line manager.
  • Generating sales prospects and high-quality leads within the assigned territory.
  • Must have a proactive attitude throughout the sales process to fulfil customer’s requirements.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Keeping customer’s order information up to date in CRM or other sales related ERP system.
  • Monitoring closely the delivery of units to end-customer and making sure that the payment details are fulfilled, closely following up till the handover of the unit is done smoothly with ensuring client’s maximum satisfaction.
  • Timely reporting of daily, weekly & monthly as per frequency and agreed format by line manager.
