Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing new business plans by effective execution of customer coverage plan for self and team in the assigned region and retaining the existing ones.
- Building relationship with client and maintaining the best relationship with stakeholders.
- Must have good product knowledge of Material handling equipment.
- Making technical presentations and using technical skills to demonstrate to customers during meetings.
- Negotiating and closing sales as technically and commercially by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Accompanying the team for potential client visit either in private or governmental sector.
- Engaging in after sales support and maintaining customer database as always updated into CRM.
- Meeting the assigned targets and striving to exceed
- Maintaining weekly and monthly performance reporting of the team in agreed format.
- Following up with product support and admin team for proper execution of deliveries, procurement, documentation etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification – bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience – 10 – 15 Years in Sales in Similar business sector
- Experience in sales of material handling is most preferred.
- Must have UAE Driving License
