Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing new business plans by effective execution of customer coverage plan for self and team in the assigned region and retaining the existing ones.
  • Building relationship with client and maintaining the best relationship with stakeholders.
  • Must have good product knowledge of Material handling equipment.
  • Making technical presentations and using technical skills to demonstrate to customers during meetings.
  • Negotiating and closing sales as technically and commercially by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Accompanying the team for potential client visit either in private or governmental sector.
  • Engaging in after sales support and maintaining customer database as always updated into CRM.
  • Meeting the assigned targets and striving to exceed
  • Maintaining weekly and monthly performance reporting of the team in agreed format.
  • Following up with product support and admin team for proper execution of deliveries, procurement, documentation etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification – bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Experience – 10 – 15 Years in Sales in Similar business sector
  • Experience in sales of material handling is most preferred.
  • Must have UAE Driving License
