Major responsibilities

  • Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources
  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
  • Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
  • Perform searches on websites for information
  • Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
  • Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Inspect reports and sheets of data

Requirements

  • Expertise in Google Drive
  • PDF experience
  • Solid understanding of data entry
  • Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated typing accuracy
  • Strong communication and social skills
