Job Description
1. Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs. 2. Mapping out development plans for teams and individuals 3. Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs. 4. Successful completion of American Heart Association (AHA) Program Coordination and Administration (PCAT) 5. Knowledge of administrative and clerical work procedures 6. Knowledgeable of various clinical roles within the healthcare industry 7. Active instructor or nominated as instructor potential in one or more life support courses such as BLS, ACLS, PALS
