Job Description

– Assist the Senior Consultants/Managers in the preparation of transaction documentation such as management presentations, business plans, project reports, feasibility reports and information memorandums. – Input historical data for financial model preparation. – Conduct financial analysis to support the proposed transaction structure. – Provide analytical and market research information and supporting analysis (i.e., industry research, public market and precedent transaction research, etc.). – Assist the Senior Consultants/ Managers in the research and analytical work required in advising distressed companies and debtors including providing the required support to the team in formulating the turnaround plan, cash flow analysis and cash forecasting as well as advising companies on restructuring alternatives, including review of debt options. – Prepare basic financial model as well as proposals/pitch books to the Client

Desired Candidate Profile

You will be part of the team providing debt advisory services, funding advice and general market analysis to clients, and will assist the Senior Consultants/Managers with other activities in the Corporate Finance practice but not limited to debt structuring and issuance, trade finance, structured finance, complex re-financings, and restructuring and distressed M&A. Technical Experience & Soft Skills – Intermediary proficiency in financial modeling techniques – Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts (a must) – Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions – Excellent understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. – Focused with an attention to detail, strong organizational skills, prioritization and time management skills – Clear, effective oral and written communication skills as well as positive and self-motivated person and can adapt with changing priorities
