TAROT – The Accelerated Refinement Of Talent – Duroob is a fast track development programme, for GCC Nationals based in their country of origin, in which you will be trained over a period of 12 months with progressive growth opportunities. It will give you the chance to ‘create your own deck’ and choose from options that best suit your learning style. As a TAROT Management Trainee you will fulfil duties and responsibilities such as:
• Actively seek for learning opportunities and assignments, consistent with the Development Plan
• Take full advantage of the mentoring, feedback, training and assignment opportunities provided
• Develop and expand upon a network of contacts within the property and the company
• Maintain effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor and Corporate Vice President
• Complete assigned projects in due time
• Provide on a timely basis all the necessary reports
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a higher education degree with a strong passion for the hospitality. You must also have a good knowledge in both written and spoken English and an immaculate personal presentation along with the ability to solve problems effectively. Computer literate will be highly regarded. Only UAE Nationals will be considered.
