Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise and lead a team of fire fighting system technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects.
• Plan and schedule work activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fire fighting systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving any issues or challenges that arise.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate fire fighting system installations and upgrades.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing training as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to fire fighting system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree .
- Previous experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform tasks required for the role.
