Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Professional certification in business analysis i.e. IIBA or relevant. • 8+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry. • Proven knowledge and understanding of banking & investment services systems and applications. • Proven knowledge and understanding of banking & investment services business operations and requirements.
Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution • Designing business and requirements models. • Identifying problems, enhancement opportunities and unimplemented business requirements. • Performing business analysis, modelling and documentation as needed. • Preparing the business rational and needs with the recommended features that address the business needs. • Providing knowledge and information regarding the established business rules, policies, standards and procedures. • Writing documentation, requirements, features, manuals, and training materials.
