- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and engage with customers online.
- Coordinate and attend industry trade shows and events to showcase fire fighting systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide training and support to sales team on marketing initiatives and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and operations, to ensure alignment and success of marketing efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fire fighting system industry.
- Certifications or training in marketing strategies and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of the fire fighting system industry and its target market.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
