Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the automotive industry
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Availability to travel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance regulations, and best practices in recruitment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
