Job Description

• 4+ years hands-on experience working with various CRM/Marketing Automation systems (experience with clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Hubspot, or NetCore Cloud platforms preferred). • Experience building Customer Segmentations and Customer Lifecycle Journeys. • Experience building automation journeys and customer UX flows. • Familiarity with email quality assurance and deliverability management processes and tools. • Experience with mobile email optimization (and responsive email template builds). • Knowledge of email industry & SMS best practices including contact strategies, data hygiene, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing principles and analytics. • Solid quantitative skills and familiarity with web analytics tools. • Maintaining project schedules and managing multiple deliverables and deadlines. • Creating campaign status reports, and ad-hoc dashboards, reports to support strategies. • Strong project management background: experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders and departments to successfully execute projects. • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills. • Intellectual curiosity, sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and strength in creative and innovative thinking. • Ability to synthesize and analyse many sources of information, and develop path forward to achieve desired outcome.
