Job Description
No License required.
What you’ll do:
– Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers in person or on the phone, answering questions about products or services and resolving issues.
– Delivering packages on foot or by vehicle to residences and businesses within a specified area.
– Communicate with dispatchers about deliveries and customers about delivery status updates.
– Keeping track of deliveries completed and reporting problems to management.
– Ensuring safe operation of delivery vehicles.
– Understanding company policies regarding customer service and behavior towards customers.
Skills Required:
– Having strong time management skills to help complete timely deliveries.
– To ensure packages are delivered to the correct address.
– Must be able to drive long distances to deliver packages.
– The ability to drive safely and follow traffic laws.
Requirements:
– Knowledge on riding an e-Bicycle
– Previous experience in e-commerce industry and high growth startup environment preferred
– Highly Organized, Strong Written and Verbal communication skill
– Must be able to speak English
