Interim Finance Manager – high growth tech

Currently recruiting for a very exciting high growth tech business based in the heart of Leeds City centre. This is a PE backed business experience significant growth which has resulted in the need for an interim Finance Manager for a period of six months.
The role will report to the Finance and Ops Director and support the business through transformative change including process improvement and driving efficiencies across finance and operations.
Duties will include:
- Analysis of financial and non-financial information, partnering with key stakeholders across finance, sales and operations to drive improvements in performance
- Development and production of KPI reporting, providing tools necessary to monitor and improve performance
- Support in establishing systems to ensure accuracy of data on which business decisions are being made
- Production of monthly management accounts and interrogation thereof to highlight performance areas in need of improvement
- Support in setting and monitoring of P&L and cash flow budgets/forecasts
- Support in production of senior management and board level reports
- Involvement in M&A and other ad hoc projects
You will ideally be a qualified accountant with previous SME experience and strong/advanced excel skills as this business deals with large volumes of data sets. The role will start before the end of the year and will be a mixture of office and home based, most likely three days a week in the Leeds office.
