1- An experienced IT team manager with over 15 yrs. of exp. including UAE exp. 

2- Prime responsibilities would be managing service delivery of IT core IT Support services as per SLAs. 

3- Communication with Client Stakeholders, 

4- Project managing the IT implementation/migration projects. 

5- Managing the Scheduled maintenance and Change Requests, 

6- Gathering Business requirements from Stakeholders.
