Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Profile:

  • Support in implementing brand strategy and marketing campaigns through digital platforms and outdoor activations
  • Responsible for the company’s digital presence – including social media, website & ecommerce channels, ensuring creative content, high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
  • Well versed in running and analyzing paid campaigns on META ,Google, TikTok & Snapchat
  • Cross-functional collaboration to produce brand assets to support each sales channel and ensure brand consistency
  • Support with events & exhibitions

Responsibilities:

  • Implement social media strategy through coordinating with the assigned social media agency
  • Implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Coordinate with web development & e-comm teams to update content and product listings
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Online Community management- respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Liaise with in-house & external production suppliers to create print & POS materials
  • Assist with trade shows & other events

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3- 5 years in relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
  • Proven work experience in social media and digital advertising
  • Experience in event coordination and management
  • Experience in content creation, CMS and CRM
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Canva is a plus!
