Roles & Responsibilities
Job Profile:
- Support in implementing brand strategy and marketing campaigns through digital platforms and outdoor activations
- Responsible for the company’s digital presence – including social media, website & ecommerce channels, ensuring creative content, high levels of web traffic and customer engagement
- Well versed in running and analyzing paid campaigns on META ,Google, TikTok & Snapchat
- Cross-functional collaboration to produce brand assets to support each sales channel and ensure brand consistency
- Support with events & exhibitions
Responsibilities:
- Implement social media strategy through coordinating with the assigned social media agency
- Implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Coordinate with web development & e-comm teams to update content and product listings
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Online Community management- respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Liaise with in-house & external production suppliers to create print & POS materials
- Assist with trade shows & other events
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements:
- 3- 5 years in relevant experience
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
- Proven work experience in social media and digital advertising
- Experience in event coordination and management
- Experience in content creation, CMS and CRM
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Canva is a plus!
