Job Description

Marketing Manager has overall responsibility for the areas of Marketing, Publicity, Media Relations, Special events and projects.
Marketing Manager is responsible for coordination of all marketing activities of the Company: plans budget; develops strategy; generates research & analysis; sources & coordinates special events (trade shows, exhibitions); creates promotion materials & product advertisement concepts; is the primary contact of media associates; cultivates brand awareness; ensures customer satisfaction of provided services.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of communities, consumers and media.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
• Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Develop marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences.
• Produce and coordinate production of advertisements and promotions.
• Arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.
• Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product and service awareness and to promote goodwill.
• Respond to requests for information from the media.
• Prepare and deliver speeches to further public relations objectives.
• Study the objectives, promotional policies and needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products and services.
• Coach in effective communication with customers and public groups.
• Attending the local and oversea exhibition
• Travelling is required.

Requirements

Candidate requirements

• Min 3 years of related experience
• UAE work experience is an advantage
• Fluent English. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand
• Must be competent in computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, data base)
• Knowledge of principles and practices of marketing
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Planning and organizing skills
