Job Title: Mechanic
Location: Uncle Toms Motoring Centre, London – Forest Gate, London E7
Salary: £30,000 +
We are a family run independent garage who have been in business since 1979 who optimise the phrase “Family business, looking after your Family cars”.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team. The candidate must have experience within the motor industry (ideally 2 years minimum) and be competent to undertake all levels of car and light commercial vehicle repairs including, servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and general repairs.
You must be capable of working under pressure and be a team player (able to communicate clearly with all other members of the team) to ensure a smooth working environment.
Your own tools and a full driving licence are preferred but not essential.
Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch break) and Saturday’s 8.30am-5pm (hours are negotiable), with a day off in the week
