YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS ROLE BECAUSE, YOU

– Have experience in customer care, including handling individual client accounts.
– Have experience in client invoicing and payment. Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus.
– You are time-oriented, result driven, and display creative thinking to problem solve
– Love interacting with clients through a wide range of mediums: social media, over the phone, and email
– Want to join a team that encourages personal development and growth

– Are available to work non-standard business hours that may include evenings until 8 PM, weekends, and holidays
