Job Description
· Perform detailed analysis of the complex business process requirements and provide right / appropriate system solutions. Identify, Interpret, validate, and document detailed business requirements.
· Map business requirements, processes, business objectives to the Oracle Fusion Application.
· Clearly identify the GAP, perform GAP Analysis, and perform developing necessary product modifications / workarounds to satisfy business needs.
· Fully responsible for Level 1/2 and above support. Handle and resolve all the Oracle fusion HCM incident & service requests within the agreed SLA’s
· Working with Oracle on application bugs / issues / patches and monitor that the issues are not repetitive. Take appropriate and necessary steps to permanently close the issues / bugs.
· Coordinating with business users and conduct meetings, demos, design workshops, CRP etc.
· Monitor performance of the application and work very closely with Oracle and Internal teams
· Responsible for managing the changes, version control and configuration management.
· Ownership of all the change requests, enhancements, and projects. Maintain the documents to track the requirements, priorities, timelines etc.
· Prepare the status reports and organize the status meeting with stakeholders / Business teams periodically if required
· Responsible to pick the changes as per priority, plan, execute and manage end to end implementation
· Perform the in-depth testing, coordinate within the team, and deliver the defect free process / product.
· Also perform the user training and prepare in detail training manuals related to Oracle Fusion cloud application.
· Perform all the Functional & Technical configurations, create functional Reports, personalization’s, generate financial reports etc. for Oracle Fusion Financial modules
· Technical design documentation
· Developing and delivering functional & technical solutions
· Complete Level 1/2 and above Support & development, trouble shooting in cloud applications (web forms, reports, interfaces/integrations, AOL, Data loading, OTBI, BI Analysis, personalization with Sandbox, BPM, ESS base reporting, smart view reports, OIC, PaaS components etc)
· Make sure all the integrations and interfaces are up and running
Responsible for all the integration / interfaces support, development, and enhancements
Desired Candidate Profile
· Experience of having worked in the following Modules – Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Recruitment Cloud, Talent/Performance Management is a Must.
· Other major skills required are Cloud security, Business Intelligence Publisher reports (BIP), XML busting, Payment gateway, Integrations, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all type of data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, page composer etc
· Experience on Data Mapping and Data Migration
· He/She should be conversant with the cloud configuration, Testing processes and Strategies- creating testcases, coming up with Test strategies for System, SIT, UAT etc.
· Should possess good business communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
· Must be a good team player and expected to collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders.
· Knowledge of Implementation of best practices and process automation expertise
· Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR is added advantage
