Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation for customers.
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather information and identify potential security risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the security solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, specifically with security solutions and CCTV systems.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering technical presentations and demos to potential customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
