- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Plan and organize special events and activities, such as field trips, parent-teacher conferences, and holiday celebrations.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interaction among students.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement new strategies as needed.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that respects and celebrates diversity.
- Build strong relationships with students and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
