Responsibilities
§ Sending inquires with the hiring description, spare parts, PMV related services.
§ Prepare the comparison sheet to make comparison between at least three competitive valid offers, secure approval of same and prepare Purchase Orders or sub-contracts as appropriate;
§ Ensure proper selection and evaluation of suppliers and sub-contractors as per related quality procedures;
§ Issue, update and distribute the approved suppliers list;
§ Good knowledge on the assets (Machinery and Fixed including porta cabins), power tools and scaffolding.
§ Prepare and process Purchase Orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
§ Ensure on time delivery of ordered materials/services to the asset and scaffolding department.
§ Capable of Processing 80~100 Purchase Orders per day.
§ Maintenance of suppliers records including evaluation and selection records, performance records, LPO’s, inquiries and any other correspondence with suppliers and sub-contractors.
§ Maintenance of purchasing statistics (per supplier, per type of product/service, per period) and providing Finance Dept with information as may be required.
§ Participate in Vendor assessment/evaluation process to validate the vendor performance.
