Job Description
Hiring candidates for Product Manager for with our client in Hospitality (E-commerce rewards application). Job location: Dubai Salary: AED 20,000 to AED 22,000 + Education Allowance + Housing Discounts and standard benefits as per UAE law Job responsibilities: – Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading development projects from ideation through to completion. – Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, engaging often to define their needs. – Ensuring that team members and leadership are kept up to date on project status reporting any potential roadblocks. – Communicate project deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies to internal and external platform stakeholders in a timely manner. – Control the cost comparing the value generated by the features requested for development. – Develop and optimize the project process that the squad uses to ship features faster. – Coordinate and align communication between web, Android, iOS, and backend engineers. – Facilitate and lead meetings, create agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items. – Document and implement processes in provisioned tools like Microsoft projects and others as Trello, Confluence, Jira, Slack, GSuite. – Write decks, present to small and large groups, organize team-building activities, and participate in brainstorming sessions. Job requirements: – E-commerce background mandatory. – Must know IT development and interface. – Should have experience in handling IT projects and introducing IT enabled products. Well-versed with E-commerce processes. – Experience managing all types of projects from conception to deployment. – Experience with architecting programs and documentation of program architecture. – Proven ability to effectively communicate with Developers and Stakeholders. – Applied experience using methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, etc. – Proven experience in managing projects related to Membership, loyalty, and rewards program. – Experience in managing payment integration, and payment gateway for larger transactions. – Candidates willing to relocate to UAE will be considered.
