Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategies to sell the assigned products by utilizing own technical knowledge, product information and specifications.
- The ability of well presenting the product technically by using presentations and illustration tools during the customer visit and reporting the outcome to the line manager.
- Generating sales prospects and high-quality leads within the assigned territory.
- Must have a proactive attitude throughout the sales process to fulfil customer’s requirements.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Keeping customer’s order information up to date in CRM or other sales related ERP system.
- Monitoring closely the delivery of units to end-customer and making sure that the payment details are fulfilled, closely following up till the handover of the unit is done smoothly with ensuring client’s maximum satisfaction.
- Timely reporting of daily, weekly & monthly as per frequency and agreed format by line manager.
