Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the sales operation and achieving the sales targets within allocated region.
Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products
To achieve monthly & yearly budget route wise in term of volume & net revenue.
The position requires work to be done during public holidays and weekends as per operational and business continuity requirements with eligibility as per local employment law.
The job requires the employee to report at work by 7:15AM and to be in the market by 9:00AM or as directed by the Line Manager.
Responsible for on the job training, guidance, motivation and supervise sales associates to ensure high performance.
Visit the route along with Sales Executives & RSR at least twice in a week.
To review and monitor on daily/weekly/ monthly activity reports and plan for necessary improvement. Update competitor’s activity in the market.
Perform Random checks of the truck stock when the team is coming back from the market / or on spot in the market to avoid any discrepancy in the stocks.
To ensure credit policies are implemented by your sales team and closely monitor customer outstanding accounts (DSO).
Ensure proper handover as per company and sales policy for employees proceeding with transfers, leaves, or exiting the company.
Ensure correct invoicing as per company and sales policy.
Ensure validity of sales promotion and trade offers through agreements and/or HoD approval.
FOC’s to be issued strictly in compliance with company and sales policy.
Need to maintain Pallet Log Sheet on daily basis, without any discrepancy.
Coordinate with business support and report for renewal of registration, distribution permission, branding, service and maintenance of trucks and truck damage or accidents with police report also monitor car track report for idling
Sign and document all settlement records of the team as per sales policy
Ensure all documents are completed and collected for new customers as per the company and sales policy.
Responsible for proper usage of company assets like chillers, grocery pallets, and parasols, to be used as directed by LM
Ensure good relations with the customers in the market.
Quick resolution of customer complaints to enhance customer loyalty. As such, sales supervisors have to attend, solve and address customer complaints related to product and/or service
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Training
Bachelors in any discipline or 7-10 years’ experience in FMCG industry
Masters
Experience
5-7 years in FMCG industry
2 years in similar position
Knowledge
PoS systems, Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
