Job Description

Assist the manager in the company’s new business development, M&A and divestment initiatives

internationally to screen, initiate, negotiate, structure and execute Oil and Gas deals (and potentially

energy transition projects) in line with the vision, mission and strategy of company

? Participate in the overall transaction workflow and manage parts of the deal process: origination,

screening, evaluation, structuring, execution and closing

? Participate in the implementation of post-transaction integration (e.g., re-organization, financing in

case of acquisition / merger, and follow-on, performance tracking in case of IPO etc.)

? The [Senior] Associate in the NBD team serves in the heart of a deal, and may be given meaningful

responsibility in project managing







 

Profile Description

4-5 years of experience in the E&P industry and / or NBD and corporate M&A, (6-7 total experience)

Skills:
? Strong economic analysis and financial modeling skills
? Experience in leading NBD / M&A projects and multi-functional transaction teams
