1. Senior resource with at least 8 yrs. exp. in Active Networks.

2. Handle installing, configuring, and supporting firewalls (Palo Alto Firewall) to ensure network security.

3. Responsible for managing equipment like routers and Cisco switches.

4. Arranging scheduled upgrades.

5. Investigating faults in the network.

6. Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
