Service Manager
Job Information
We are looking for a Service Manager based in Rochester covering a wide geographical spread of contracts. Average 40 hours per week. The role will include client liaison and meetings, staff management and hands-on support across the contract portfolio as required.
Salary – £30,000 plus monthly bonus, dependent upon experience
Essential attributes for the role:
1. Ability to obtain enhanced DBS Clearance.
2. Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.
Evidence – would expect a minimum of 2 years verifiable employment
3. Practical experience of undertaking grounds maintenance tasks.
Evidence – would expect 2 years verifiable work experience. Relevant certificates i.e. PA1, PA6 and Towing experience desirable.
4. Basic computer skills e.g. Word, Excel.
5. Good Communication skills with clients, management and colleagues.
Evidence – would expect person to be confident, literate both verbal and written in English, demonstrated via CV and interview.
6. Driver with current clean UK licence.
Evidence – would expect to see original licence, no drink drive convictions or driving uninsured.
7. Ability to work flexibly.
