Job Description
· Computer Science Engineering or related Bachelor’s degree and certifications.
· 5+ years of experience in related field.
· Knowledge of IT and how utility components, sensors, networks, storage, system, application stacks function. Experience in monitoring IT asset availability, performance and security. Troubleshoot problems and provide system support.
· Computer skills to work with network, systems and application of all types. Programming skills to write macros and scripts in power shell.
· Experience in System, Network, End points, Application and Security monitoring tools is essential, such as Solarwinds, Nexthink, logrhythm, Data Center Expert, Site24x7 and Application performance monitoring.
· Troubleshoot problems and find fixes for incident. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential
· Knowledge and experience in ITSM tool is essential.
