Job Description
1. Maintain Stock Level Record throughout the year and prepare record for Parts/Tyre/Lubricants/Gas Incoming and Outgoing. 2. Reorder Level Preparation and Stock Inventory Control 3. Assist on all parts of purchasing activities and negotiate best price in the market and achieve cheaper price 4. Stores management as required for the workshop operations. 5. Build and maintain relationship with external and internal customers 6. Invoice Checking and Submission to account Section for Payment 7. Coordinate with Accounts Team and Enquire about Vendor payment. 8. Monthly Workshop Costing sheet Preparation Monthly Tyre, Lubricant Stock issue submission. 9. Handle enquiries and negotiate for competitive prices. 10. Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time Delivery Order Copy submission with pricing List for LPO creation. 11. Preparing Request and follow with Procurement Team 12. Look for opportunities to repair to use instead purchasing new parts
Desired Candidate Profile
• Role to be based in Dubai • Male required, with prior experience in store management, material purchase, invoice checking & submission etc. • 3-4 years’ experience in similar role • Proficient in MS Office
