Job Description

A multinational chemical company are looking for a new team member, who will be responsible mainly for the following tasks:

– Managing the supply chain team
– Implementing and following-up the KPI’s for the team
– Continuously improve the processes in customer and purchase order management
– Handling high level customer relations; acts as main contact person for key customers
– Managing the inventory strategy & levels
– Coordination of receivables management of the company
– Coordination of all the 3rd party service providers
– Management of the customer complaints
– Ensure a customer focused environment is created for the SC Team

– Managerial experience in supply chain and / or customer service
– Knowledge of business software including Microsoft Office and preferably SAP
