Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
- Manage training budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Education.
- Certification in training and development, such as the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
