Walk In Interview Date: 01st July 2022 Position: Leasing Executive Interview time: 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM Interview Location: Danube Properties Sheikh Zayed Road, Opp: Times Square Center Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Description Main responsibilities • Achieving maximum revenue on behalf of the landlord by ensuring, in conjunction with leasing agents, that all units carry as high an occupancy rate as possible. • Maintain regular contact with developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones • Attend property viewing prospective owners and tenants • Keep up to date with UAE real estate market and proposed developments, property laws, tenants, developers, investors, competitors and their marketing activities. • Maintain accurate files, records and databases. • Produce reports when required to update management and clients. • Ensure documents are correctly filled, deposits paid and contracts are delivered properly. • Meet and negotiate with business partners to finalize transactions. Requirements: • Any graduate with minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Sales/Leasing in Dubai real estate market. • Excellent communications and negotiation skills. • Should be well versed with Dubai Real Estate market, • Should be well aware of rules & regulation of RERA/DLD.
